Terms of service
Your access to and use of the website, products and services supplied by Atreius is governed by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By browsing our website or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Customer: any person who purchases products from Atreius.
- User: any person who visits or browses the website.
- Products: the luxury timepieces and related items made available through our shop.
- Services: the whole functionality of the website, the ordering systems, and the customer support supplied by Atreius.
2. Formation of Contract
The products displayed on our website do not constitute a legally binding offer; they make up a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking "Add to Bag" or "Place Order" you submit a binding order for whatever your bag contains. Once your order has been received, an order confirmation email follows. The contract itself is formed when a formal order confirmation is issued, or when the goods are delivered within two business days.
3. Use of the Website
- Users agree to supply accurate and complete information when placing an order.
- Adopting a false identity, or using another person's details without their consent, is prohibited.
- Atreius may refuse, suspend or cancel any order that it suspects of fraud or abuse.
4. Orders & Payment Confirmation
An order is processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed. Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number follows. Tracking updates may take up to 3 business days to appear in the courier's system. Every delivery window displayed at checkout is an estimate and no more than that.
5. Prices & Payment
- All prices displayed on a product page are final prices.
- Where shipping costs apply, they are stated clearly during checkout and are levied once only, including in the case of split deliveries.
- Payment becomes due at the moment the contract is formed.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and the further methods presented at checkout.
- Deliveries beyond the United Kingdom may incur additional charges such as customs duty or import tax. These are not imposed by Atreius and remain the responsibility of the customer.
6. Promotions & Offers
- Every promotion or discount applies while it remains available.
- Offers may be altered or withdrawn without advance notice.
- Free promotional items cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Atreius may substitute a promotional item with an alternative of equivalent value.
7. Product Appearance
Product images and descriptions are for illustration. Slight variations in colour, texture or finish may result from lighting, the settings of the screen on which you are viewing, or the production batch. Such variation does not constitute a manufacturing defect provided the product conforms to the specifications advertised.
8. Delivery, Title & Proof of Delivery
Goods are sent to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Title in the goods remains with Atreius until payment has been received in full.
An order is regarded as successfully delivered once the courier confirms delivery at the address supplied, whether the parcel was handed to the customer, to another member of the household, to a neighbour or to a building reception.
Claims that an order was never received can be considered only after the maximum delivery timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy has expired.
9. Warranty
Your statutory warranty rights apply in full. In addition to those, Atreius provides a 24-month warranty on the watch movement, covering manufacturing defects and faults that appear through ordinary use. The full warranty terms are contained in our Returns & Warranty Policy. This warranty does not affect your statutory legal rights.
10. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Consumers enjoy a right of withdrawal under the applicable UK consumer law. No restocking fee is levied on qualifying returns. All matters governing return eligibility, refund conditions and the exchange procedure are set out in our Returns & Warranty Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Atreius accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by couriers, logistics disruption, industrial action, weather or force majeure events.
- We accept no responsibility for indirect losses, loss of profit, or damage resulting from the misuse of products.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — logos, branding, images, product descriptions, graphics and design elements — remains the exclusive property of Atreius. Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any of it without written permission is strictly prohibited.
13. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available without interruption, though we cannot guarantee that it will be accessible at all times. Maintenance, updates or technical faults may occasionally affect access.
14. Dispute Resolution
Should a dispute arise, we ask that customers approach us directly in the first instance. We are willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a recognised consumer conciliation body. You are also entitled to use the UK Government's dispute resolution services, or to seek advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
17. Changes to Terms
Atreius may revise or amend these Terms as and when required. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase is the one that applies.
